The Challenge
1) If a team wins a round and moves their piece to a space that is already occupied by an opponent, a CHALLENGE is initiated! Using the same example as the one in game action, lets say blue lands where red is already occupied. (FIGURE 22)
2) Challenges are found on the clue set questions on the back side of the questions. (FIGURE 23)
3) Team who moves onto the occupied space is the CHALLENGER, and the team who was already on the space is the DEFENDER. In this example above, team blue would be the challenger, and team red would be the defender.
4) A Neutral player now reads aloud the first challenge, as stated above, he or she will slowly read "Blood, Ink Blot, and Multiple Choice."
5) NOTE: Unlike during normal game action, where the team takes their time and methodically picks one answer, in this CHALLENGE, the first team to blurt out the correct answer wins, and it doesn't matter how many guesses you take.
6) If challenger wins and blurted out the correct answer "Tests!" they remain on the occupied spot and they would take a new turn. The defender would then move to where the challenger came from.
7) If challenger lost, they return to their previous spot, and lose their turn. The defender would stay put and would have successfully defended their spot. Person to left of challenger would now take a turn.
8) If no one from the challenge can answer question correctly, card is discarded, and neutral player draws a new challenge.

EXCEPTIONS
- Challenges may occur anywhere on the board except on the green triangles in the middle (the home spaces.)
- If you are playing one on one, clearly you cannot play challenges because who is going to read out the challenge.
- If you are playing two teams of two players each, one player from each team sits out of the challenge, as they will now read the challenge aloud to the participants.
